Expressions is more of a web designers tool, the equivalent patent riddled software equivalent of MPEG4 is VM9 (which may cost Microsoft more to release, as it incorporates so many of them and Microsoft owns only maybe a dozen of the several hundred in the proposed standard, not that MPEG4 is not riddled with them). Expressions is FrontPage warmed over.
