According to you NT 5.1.3 isn't used in Vista.

How do you support that when your own copy and pasted data declares that its use is for "unknown" and its release date is in the Windows beta and release version window of time? Especially as the NT 5.1.3 tech according to what you copy and pasted declares it's for legacy PC's.

For you to have any more in depth knowledge on an actual factual rebuttal you'd have to be directly associated with Microsoft and official tech testers. However, as you have indicated in the past that isn't so. Ah well.
