funny thing about these stupid users. . .
Some aren't nearly as stupid as some support people might think. Some might even know enough to make life difficult within the great confusion that is the modern/postmodern organization.

These organization-savvy people can just sit back and smile a bit when the computer support department gets blind-sided by some inter-departmental issue, or when there is a surprise lay-off of several of the more arrogant departmental residents. . . These aware individual might even risk a small outward smile as some tech is sounding off (inappropriately for the setting, we might note) about how the whole corporate world is so screwed up.

Too bad most computer support people aren't as knowledgeable about other people's areas of expertise as they are about their own little area.
