A Very Feisty "Feisty
Before doing the Beta Upgrade Dance, I would suggest backing up all of the data files because this Beta "BITES" Did an upgrade from Edgy, and when it was through all the fonts on the log pages, the desk top etc had changed to a series of "0000000 000000000 000 00000000" No other information was available and rebooting didn't change a thing, so as much as I like Ubuntu, I am back to Novell SLED for the time being. At least it installs correctly and I can read the information on the screens. This is the second Feisty Beta bad luck I've had in as many weeks. I think I'll wait a while until the release is officially out and settled in after a shake down cruise.
Meantime, since I thought I could trust Ubuntu, I lost all of my data. Oh well, live and learn
