This is a website that keeps track of reports and who is working on them and what the status of the problem is. You can check in to see how your reports are being handled to the point that you even know who is working on them. You can then even contact that person to see what is happening.

My only problem with it is that I have problems defining exactly whether the problem is with an application or the kernel itself but with this new tool even that is being addressed. All in all this is to my way of thinking a very good thing indeed and kudos to Canonical for doing something about it.
