No VPC7? No problem.
Rather than wait for VPC7, we set up a couple of old Windows 98 PCs in our data center so our G5 users could run them remotely using VPC when needed. We picked up the pcs (733mhz) used for $90.00 each which was cheaper than buying VPC.

When our Mac users requested the PCs, they were just getting started with OS X and weren't fully familiar with it's features.

Now that they are, the PCs haven't been used for months.
