Only in California would you find a judge so blind that they cannot see "SPAMCOP" is doing the necessary work of the courts.Junk e-mails are an invasion of privacy.All these marketers (spammers) claim you opted-in voluntarilly.I don't remember opting-in for prescription meds,viagra,porn sites,or anything else.These people are harvesting addresses off the e-mail servers of legitamate ISP's.
It is a sad state of affairs when ISP's must rely on spam to stay in business or cater to spammers.Unsubscribe or opt-out links verify an e-mail address and automatically add it to a mailing list which is then sold to other spam companies.
It is time these spammers woke up and smelled the coffee, we have the right to lodge complaints to anti-spam organizations or isp's which they use.Most spammers use spoofed addressses or a no-reply address anyway.
BEWARE SPAMMERS! the public is fighting back!
