- god i hope not. let this thing die already. it's a stupidly board patent and only damages many people who have already been using the technology.

throw this in with Rambus and MS's desire to license FAT, and the new JPg license... there needs to be soem kidn of clause in the laws that says you can't let people use a technolgy for years, let it become an industry stadard, THEN charge money for it.
