Have you ever used Micro$oft tech suppport?
I wish the guys there knew something about the software they are supposed to support, in stead of do a "knowledge base" search and p[laming the other parts of the setup (It's not us it's the SCSI card, or you device is broken).

Who would you rather have support you web browser, the "help desk" or the guys that wrote the thing?
