Big statement, now prove it.

I have seen MS doing nothing to hinder Lidows in the market, all they have done is say use a different (and original) name instead of trying to ride on the Windows coat tails.

Hmmm, let me guess. You think the folks at Lindows were so stupid they never knew it was going to cause them a problem right???

Sorry, but there is NOTHING anti-competitive in trying to protoect your trademark and certainly not a trade mark that is known the world around.
