Contempt inspires contempt

Microsoft shows abject contempt for the U.S. judicial system by shopping around for any venue that will support its attempts to damage another company. Little is the wonder that professionals in the field hold Microsoft in the low esteem that it so richly deserves. Here is a dilly...

"Lindows continues to infringe on our trademark with their corporate name, and it's important for us to take actions in these matters to ensure our trademark is protected,"

This is a baldfaced LIE. The U.S. court has the case on docket, and Microsoft has taken all necessary steps to demonstrate its intent to defend the trademark if it is upheld. There is no excuse for this action - it is malicious beyond redemption.
