- Let's see the Anderson's and other Mfgrs sue MS!!
- I thought I heard that some judge told MS that they can't copyright Windows, since it was considered a common term (eg, What am I looking out of right now to see my car in the parking lot? "Windows"). I think it's just another case of lawyers wanting to get rich and MS being their old anti-selfs. They fear anyone who might even hint at taking away business, so they sue them. I can't recall, but have they tried suing Apple/Mac folks, Sun for Solaris on x86 or IBM for OS/2. Maybe they better start the old case generators so they can send out the law suites to everyone who sells windows in their stores without using the little TM besides the name of the product. Possibly the Anderson's and others who sell the real thing should start suing MS for use of their product name. I'm getting REAL tired of MS and hope we might some day not have to deal with them. Lets hope Linux and others really take off and Open Source takes hold.
