TalkBack 1 of 1:
SCO should remember AT&T
Once upon a time, AT&T sued the Regents of the University of California, claiming their BSD operating system had stolen code from AT&T Unix. The settlement in the case is sealed, but the court found that, to the contrary, AT&T had a habit of taking academic contributions to Unix (including those taken from BSD), stripping off the copyright information inserted by the authors, and making them part of the Unix code base. Now SCO makes the same claims that AT&T did -- that code from the BSD base is actually part of Unix. SCO should consider that their AT&T castle is actually built on a swamp.
