10% - Are You Kidding Me?!!!!
One in 10 apps will experience problems? That is comforting - we have at least 100 apps, probably a lot more. But hey, only 10 of those will quit working - I'm sure those users won't mind - they have 90 other apps they can use!

Stupid Microsoft - how can having 10% of your apps having problems be acceptable? 1 in 100 maybe, but 10% is ridiculous!

The sad thing is, as long as customers accept this it will continue..
