That's a pretty outrageous claim! By what definition do you conclude that Windows Vista is "the best OS ever produced."? For that matter, how would you conclude that Windows in general is a "great" OS? Certainly not for the number of times it must be rebooted just to install software; or the ridiculous idea of a corruption-prone central "registry", containing all system and software configuration data, that constantly grows to unreal proportions, due to leftover and obsolete dreck, and winds up degrading the performance of the computer over time. Or a myriad of other OS shortcomings and bloat. The only really superior thing that Windows has is that it's become the ubiquitous, de facto, standard due to Microsoft's past (and possibly present) strong-arm business practices with respect to PC manufacturers.
