Linux users are not Windows users.
Since when did Linux users depend on cardboard boxes for
their operating systems? If you can't download and install
the OS, you shouldn't be running Linux in the first place.
Nobody ran Linux because it was easier to use, or because
there were certain companies standing behind their
products.
If you're not a power user, or not interested in how OS
work, DO NOT run Linux. Stick with Windows, at least for
now.
For some weird reason you need cardboard box comfort
with Linux, trye Lindows, Xandros, or Lycoris. They are
much easier to use than either RedHat or SuSE anyway.
