Apple costs more for basic functionality and the hardware is single source. Repair knowledge is also probably not as widespread.
Steve Jobs has apparently largely written off the enterprise, probably for good reason, though I don't know what that reason is. So the products won't be pushed on the potentially interested.

I guess in addition to ease of use I should add ease of obtaining.
