Stop beliving the MS hype
Depending on the distro of linux it can be easier or harder then windows. Mac OS X is easier to use then Windows. Windows is nothing more then the lowest bidder when Unix/OS2/apple where (still overpriced).
I can find the 10 least computer literate people in front of a Apple and one infront of a Windows pc and the person in front of the apple pc will be the first to figure it out. Windows just won because they where the lowest bidder back in the day. Now they are more expansive then Unix or Linux. So Linux will take a bite out it's market share sooner then later. you can see it happening in the server market. Where highly trained Windows Admin are trained and support Linux.
