Back away--they ran and fast
The SCO cases, especially the IBM one have been very odd, from the beginning. Here at the law firm of which I am Director of Research & Technology, we are kind of baffled at what SCO was trying to prove.

The M$ involvement is the most troubling. Questions of how much does M$, or Bill Gates personally have invested directly or indirectly with Baystar are surfacing. Then there is the question of involvement with the Canadian bank, RCB, by M$. How much in M$ deposits and financial instruments are held there?

If I were M$ I would be looking over my shoulder. If they get tied into this RICO and other charges are clearly in their future.

I wonder if Billy Bob Gates can get a cell next to Ms. Martha?
