More ammo for IBM's RICO against M$
"""Good, It's just adds another nail in SCO's/Baystar's coffin. """

In what way?

"""Baystar is directing the shots at the behest of M$ investors. Hmmm, That should meet the legal definition of conspiracy."""

Only if it can be found that MS has invested money in this and that they did so without the correct paperwork. Otherwise they have the legal right to invest in anything they want to.

"""Let's count the crimes which qualify for RICO statues.. """

Yes, lets

"""Mail fraud...SCO warning/extortion letters """

What is mail fraud about this? As long as the court case is going on, there is no fraud and even if SCO was to lose the case, there still would be no fraud unless it could be proven that they knew they had no case and trumped up the facts. Otherwise it is a legal matter of who owns what and no fraud.
"""Securities Fraud...need I write more?"""

Yes, explain just what you mean by security fraud.

"""Money Laundering ancillary to white collar fraud, (Lanham Act false advertising claims)"""

Please explain just what you mean here and I don't mean your feeling that the case is wrong. You are not the court.

"""...Baystar hiding M$ involvement/control. """

There is no hiding here. MS has admitted that they steered Baystar to SCO. Nothing illegal there. Even if they invested money in Baystar, there is nothing there. They could even suggest that Baystar invest in SCO and still be legal. MS could even invest in SCO directly if they wanted to and still be legal.

Come up with facts and not just ramblings and lay out your arguement better.

IBM smells blood in the water and M$ cash horde is going to be a lot smaller when they are finished.
