So Baystar wants SCO to produce nothing and make all of their money by abusing the legal system.

Pathetic. When companies like Baystar and SCO can operate solely to extort monies through lawsuits without producing a single product is there any doubt that our legal system is broken?

Hopefully Baystar will go down with the sinking SCO ship.
