Die SCO! Die!
When one is involved in ANY type of legal case, the first thing their lawyer advises them is: KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!. The one thing that has distinguished this case from all others is the fact that SCO officials have been flapping their mouths wildly and irresponsibly from the onset to anyone who would listen. This was one of Baystar's not so veiled complaints. Now SCO officials are blatently ignoring Baystar's demands. I have every expectation that Baystar will eventually attempt to pull their money out and SCO will immediately turn and sue Baystar in addition to all of their other litigation. In the end, this company is going to bleed to death before they even make it to the courtroom big time. Their stock price is rapidly drifting down to the $2.00 range it started from. I suspect that things on the inside are actually worse than they appear on the outside. Die SCO! Die!
