Novell is ridiculously overpriced!
They priced themselves out of the market with their NOS. That's why it was too easy for Windows NT to take over what was once their market.
If they overprice a desktop OS like they did NOS, they won't even get a small %.
Software companies don't understand the "reasonale profit" concept and, most likely, never will.
