I might point out that this forum is for discussion of Windows Longhorn, not Mac OSX...

I agree that Win XP didn't really do all that much with its new look, but that is because it was just that, a new look. So what if it doesn't innovate that much? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

It sounds as if Microsoft is just giving its new OS's makeovers, and that really doesn't hurt anything does it? Its a way of instantly distinguishing between the different versions etc. If you can't handle a simple change in appearance, maybe you should be using Mac OS.

By the way, if your computer can't run Longhorn on the 'Aero', or even the lowest seting, then it is probably time to get a new computer,o I wouldn't say that anyone needs to worry about that. 32 or 64 MB on a video card is nothing, you would have a hard time finding a machine with less than 32 MB of video memory.
