Symantec cuts jobs to reduce costs

How is symantec's income doing?: The last Symantec product I bought (at retail via online store) sure looked like the genuine product - but Symantec had me mail it to them as they said that it was counterfit and they said I didn't mail the invoice (though I did mail it).
