Oh yeah...

One other thing.. Where does it say that you can only make money from closed source apps. Just because you can see the code automatically means you cant make money? That doesnt make sense. In fact i would think you can make more money as your code is open for people to inspect. If someone lifts it into another open source project you can see the theft as plain as day.. Can you do that in the closed source world? nope,, cant see the code. You have to sue to see the code. And even if you are in the "right" because someone did lift your code into a closed source app you may lose anyway if the court decides you shouldnt see the source of what you consider the offending application.
