It is tragic that hard-working employees are getting the shaft while McBride is living "high on the hog". How many of these folks have families and bills?
McBride is a disgrace! There is not a shread of validity to the lawsuits and it is McBride that decided to put money into litigation rather than advancing new products. McBride is the only one benefitting from any of this.
When the Courts dismiss the SCO suits, I personally hope they hold McBride personally liable for the costs. There is no basis to the SCO versus te world suits except a grab for money. It is obvious that McBride thought the companies would run to him for forgiveness. McBride it did not work. Time is now to put up or shut up.
