Are these people stupid?
Email first of all is like a postcard. Anyone can read it as goes from server to router to server to router until it reaches its destination. Secondly the people using G-Mail agreed to use and if you send to a G-Mail address you know what to expect as plublicity over this is on even the most regular news services.

Also how is this any different than filtering spam?
