I'm too paranoid to let my systems update themselves automatically. So we have a cron job that goes "
apt-get update && apt-get -d upgrade" every night. This downloads whatever packages are being upgraded and sends me mail about it.
Why look, Debian Testing is replacinglocalesandtzdatatoday. I guess that's the DST change.apt-get upgrade"
