nope....
that was rumors floating around for a long time. Yes it checks for Apple hardware
to install the OS, but it uses no TPM chip or DRM techniques. Its the same way you
can install Windows on a Dell machine from a Dell Disc and not have to activate it,
but you do if you install it on a non-Dell. TPM is not required for this.
