Hey I'm movie collector, I have 1000s
Databases have thier advantages when working with that many movies. Being a database administrator I guess I'm biased there though.

Also I had problems ripping DVDs to Windows but no problems ripping them to Linux and transfering them to Windows. Just though why not just keep it on Linux. Maybe it's something to do with that anti-piracy technology in Windows. It seems though with every service pack it have troubles all over again.
