Not "MP3 player", "WMA Player"
According to that previous story Janus is not for playing music on 'MP3' players its for playing music on WMA players that have a time limit. So that a copyright seller can RENT music on a per hour basis and the WMA player will delete the music when it has expired.

1. Nothing to do with MP3, so call it "portable music player" or better still "WMA Player" which is what it is.

2. Not an anti-piracy measure, its a "sell rented music" measure that will automatically time expire and the WMA player will helpfully delete it when the time you rented the music for is finished.
