Where did you get that information from? (piracy twice as high in UK)

FAST is as active here as in the States, and every company I have been to has been paranoid over licensing.

Windows has ALWAYS been marketed at this kind of mark up in the UK, and if you are suggesting these are private individuals that are pirating then perhaps the fact that they have to pay twice as much might be the reason.

Actually most people I know buy OEM copies of XP which work out at about ?50.
