Microsoft wants to get devices talking

Oh, come on. Get with the program!: Don't you want to open yourself up to every advertiser that
wants to waste your time and money? Are you satisfied with the
junk mail, spam, pop-ups and telemarketers that call you
repeatedly no matter how many times you say "no"? Don't you
feel the need to give Corporate America and fly-by-night
slimebags unrestricted access to your wallet?

And since this is a Microsoft venture, you can rest assured that
criminals will figure out how to hack into the system and use
patterns of appliance use to figure out when you're away on
vacation so they can safely break into your home without
