did ya hear about the new marketing campaign - open an account and get a PC
Bank runs a campaign ya know, put $20,000 into an account and get a free PC type promotion.

Only a matter of time until the low end is owned by NON MS solutions because it costs more in MS SW licenses than HW these days to run a PC.

As to MS's loyal customers, the most loyal - the power gamers are still on Windows98 (by choice) and the businesses are on Windows2000 (by choice).

After MS is forced to disclose its hidden "OS LOck" crap and the competition is able to provide interoperable solution - it will be all over for MS unless they slim down their cash flow needs (err GREED).
