Let's shut down the entire internet
Using your logic, the internet is rife with all sorts of crime:
copyright infringement, Nigerian scams, communication
between terrorists. Let's get the internet banned. Clearly there
is no use for this tool other than for lawbreaking. And for those
of you who aren't breaking the law, just like in the case of the
DMCA and the NET laws and the erosion of fair use, it's your
own fault for not stopping the filesharers yourselves.

I'm taking my ball and going home. Waaaaah!
