wanting to use the communication aparatus.
The hiatus about this is the fact that your technology is my technology until I dont have soul propriety to control it.
Everybody wants hi-speed movies, music with copyfriendly scenarious and uses. Hollyworld doesn't have the product, because the soul product is moreso distribution rather than the distribution the technology allows for for copyrighted works.
The distribution is held over the barrel in the media type for the technologies they control through liscencing. The distribution wich could be through component technology wich could respond through reference of digital component has yet to be drawn up. Since the value of this is intrepreted to be the royalty only (something they have a monopoly on) rather than the 'value precipitous for a work, wich does not have to be multiplied via the concurant aparatus and still be 'copyrighted, and receive royalty - with its digital value.
The point is mute if can only listen to the piracy premise. In place of the premise a qualification for digital technology can create publication/distribution through reference of standard if one was to be drawn up. So that:
Copy. As a product of the work.
Transfer. As a product of the copyrighted work.
Device To Device . As a product of the copyrighted work.
Performance (e.g. streaming) . As a product of the copyrighted work.
Something of wich authors can detail within the specification.
Wouldn't need a cadence of laws to address these and other products of copyrighted works controled through the contractual readiness of publication . Something with copyright law in and of itself details to author only.
