Open accounts
Open accounts at etrade, ameritrade, schwab, and all those others listed on finance.yahoo.com and then hope one of them gets allocated some shares to distribute. Hopefully one of them will. Then, hope you get some of the allocation as long time or big dollar customers often get preference.

IPOs aren't about little buyers, they're about big companies getting richer. Most people get their IPOs at market open via the normal buying process and they hope they don't get screwed.
