- Hey Will, Good article. This is right on the money. My thinking is probably somewhere between Greg's and the analysts. I do think that RightNow is poised to make some serious inroads - more into Siebel than SAP frankly because they overlap a lot closer there and would be more competitive. But Siebel is a good product suite and will be around for awhile, despite the trainwreck of a company that Oracle is.
