Not really, only the election officer can get access to the rolls. Even then, the election officer doesn't know who went to vote and didn't complete the vote (which shifts the roll results by 1 each time) and I am assuming you don't let the officer record which voter when into which booth when, so they don't know which roll either.

Really if the election official wanted to know how you voted he'd put a spy camera in each booth rather than go through all that complexity to try and figure it out from the roll.

The only difference between that and a ballot box is the "mixing" that happens when you open the box and pour out the contents. So its not a lot different.
