A simple solution to vote fraud & internet voting
Eliminating vote fraud is easy . . . eliminate the secret ballot. Most people don't realized that "secret" voting has been around for less than a hundred years in this country and was most likely introduced to allow ballot bax stuffing.

Vote with publically with pride, then everyone can see who got how many votes, how many dead people votes in Chicago and everything else about an election.

There is no justification for a secrot ballot. If your voting for canidates that you are ashamed to admit publically you vote for, then perhaps you should ask yourself why you voted for them.

An added side benfit, in addition to eliminating 99% of vote fraud, is internet voting. With open digitally signed ballots internet voting would be easily implemented. You vote on line if there is any doubt about the election anyone who contests it can reveiw the records and anyone can see that in fact their vote was recorded in the tally for their candidate.
