That's not true
As long as the stockholders are referred to as something
like "partners" there are no requirements at all. See the big
accounting and law firms as examples.

Revenue is irrelevant as far as reporting. Both Mars Inc. and
Hallmark are examples of huge companies, with tens of
thousands of employees, that are not required to report
anything.
