You need to get a clue here. Spyware no longer installs it's self in a directory but stores it's self in the registry.
Clear out you start up directory and reboot. Notice how you system tray fills with ICONS still. That's because the come out of the registry. It's why you can delete the casino icon off you desktop only to find it put right back next time you log on.
