VISTA
i bought a dell computer recently. and right out of the box there were problems, so i couldn't determine if it was the Vista o/s.
i returned the dell and went to my local retailer and bought a gateway. ( i have owned three other gateways in the past) and with in days....there were operating issuses.
i returned to gateway for repair. They couldn't fix it either, so they just resored the entire system. And STILL couldn't get Vista to work! they gave me the same model in exchange. I brought iy home sat. and already i'm online with gateway for the SAME problems.
most of my hardware doesn't run with vista, ( unless i buy some more gadets for it) most o f the software doesn't work ( so i need new software apparently) and even with out those 2 issuses.IT STILL DOESN"T work right!!! Screw vista . after all this time and then being forced to to have THAT o/s on purchase..the damsd thing should run like a scolded dog............NOT. neither dell or gateway would supply me with any other o/s for any of the puters.
the cost of buying all the dodads, and new software....it's cheaper to just buy xp again.
and that's what i'm going to do. i've lost enough sales and time screwing with the billionares while a scape a living by.
