Not a major concern
I'm not that concerned about the tweeks that have been (and will
probably continue to be) needed in order to keep the record
companies supporting internet sales of their music. Jobs has
done an excellent job of crafting a process that keeps the record
companies happy and provides a facility that works for most
consumers.

The fact that 70,000,000 songs have been sold is a good
indication that the approach works, as is the fact that everyone
from Wal-Mart to MS is copying Apple's approach.

The key for me is that this avenue for purchasing music
continues, both at TMS and its competitors.
