Microsoft has lost the "buzz"
Once they were an exciting company and Windows offered something no one else had at an affordable price. Now they've just become another commodity, like Dell.

Where was the buzz on "Vista day"? Office is.... well... office. The sense of the "market leader" is fading for them, now they are known not for leading the market, but merely for having the biggest slice.

Inertia is no protection.
