Get The Feeling

this stuff is targeting those with the least ability to defend themselves ?

Students with the greatest future to change society as we know it,not yet at the stage to create the world they know.

Then RIAA with all its contractual march of lawyers as it relates to copyrights using the future of wich they already control.

Somebody should give them a hint that students have constitutional rights just the same as any other u.s.citizen. Specifically they hit 18 and they are voter age. Certainly faculty members,teachers,educators can see political pressure can work the other way when privacy and personal dignity is more important that the wishes of control using such a self made catalyst as RIAA does.

Nothing more thankless than knowing your future is something more than the membership of bunch of weak indifferent bank account holders wanting usury to go further than the control they have at present.

Simply too bad that RIAA decides what distribution is for copyrighted items Riaa has membership to. But that does not include every and 'all copyrighted items wich should and with the free will to do so have the choice to decide the distributive qualifications of their own copyrighted works within the 'effects WITH the force of law. AND a future to those effects for the distribution of the new technologies wich create the copyrighted works mechanism to do WITH authority to do so.

With or without RIAA.As if copyrighted works cannot defend themselves of distrubitive qualifications WITH RIAA. Same as students who have membership to educational institutions they participate with. Easy prey on their privacy ,consumerism,and future ?

Authority goes plenty of ways.It may or may not include RIAA.Perhaps RIAA should have to prove they own the copyrighted authoriship they claim to have .

Mostly should just change the way RIAA bones up to the copyrights they contract to within digital distribution with some reference so authors can live with or without them.On a constituency of their own.Authorship in a reference of its own.
