think that's bad, try windows media player 9
- won't download some of the tunes I've just bought. Tech support from MSN Music Club done nothing in TWO DAYS.

- very very very very very slow at just about everything (click betweek Media Libary and Copy to CD, wait and wait and wait and wait).

- if writing to cd fails, you're just totally screwed, help is lousy, something somewhere is set wrong, but you can't just find the screwed data and erase it.

- really poor code. Total lack of user feedback when it's off doing whatever the hell it's doing INSTEAD of burning your CD. Window just doesn't repaint.

- move a wma file, lose a licence silently (killer feature there, just BOUND to win friends across the world, oops move again, lose file (if you ever got it in the first place, see above)).

Reckon this level of crappiness will get people off using old format CDs, Microsoft.. not in my universe.
At least apple stuff is always well engineered, not like this rubbish.
