windows media player is lousy
I just bought about 15 tracks from MSN Music Club (and the Cokemusic which is the same website but through a different skin).
Guess what THE TWO WEBSITES ARE INCOMPATIBLE, and I'm in contact with tech support to try to get 6 files I've bought. [great start Microsoft].

Also, the download speed is really really really slow...

The ones that downloaded are great, but I moved the files from one bit of the disk to another, and the "licence count" decreased by 1 (to "1" - I imagine they autodelete or something if that reaches "0") with NO WARNING.

I've spent hours and hours trying to burn the files onto a CD. Windows media player says that there is a (failed) job writing to the CD. But I can't find anywhere to see this failed job and delete it.

This is just a totally crap system.
Rip it up and start again Microsoft.
I'm going to buy real CDs from a shop instead of this junk.

If this is what your wonderful "DRM" patents has brought, well people should be selling short on your stock right now.

Apple - do you have a EU iTunes shop yet, I want to buy, I know I can trust your technology.
