- Filing FTC complaint
- E-mailed by Turbo Tax for 2 years E-file for only $9.99 Billed $45.00 on my credit card only to be told I made a mistake that needs to be corrected. Spent 30 minutes on hold with the IRS. Go to Turbo Tax website to make correction and told I have to Postal Mail my return and No, they still keep the money!
